Common questions

Install Accounts Devices Troubleshooting
Where do I download the client?

The official download page lists a build per device system; clicking one forwards you to the matching distribution address. To avoid a modified installer, download only through quickq3.com.cn rather than third-party sources.

What are the first steps after installing?

Open QuickQ, sign in with your existing account, then pick a route on the home screen and connect. When the status shows connected, you are ready to use it. First-time users may want to follow the tutorial step by step.

How do I continue on a new device?

Install the client on the new device and sign in with the same account to carry on — there is no need to register or pay again. How many devices can be signed in at once follows your current plan, as stated on the plans page.

It never finishes connecting

Disconnect, confirm the device itself has internet access, and try another route. Still stuck? Quit the client fully and relaunch it. If it continues, check whether a proxy or security tool is blocking QuickQ's network requests.

Why does the speed fluctuate?

Pause anything using a lot of bandwidth, switch to a route with lighter load, and confirm no other proxy or acceleration tool is running, since they may conflict with QuickQ. Run a few tests at different times to tell route congestion from a local bandwidth limit.

How do I protect my account?

Use a strong, unique password that you do not reuse elsewhere. Keep verification codes and account details private, and download the client only from trusted entries such as quickq3.com.cn, avoiding installers from unknown sources.

Where can I see my plan status?

The account section of the client shows the period, expiry date, and current status; the purchase entry on the plans page is another way to check. After expiry, renew and sign back in to continue.

What are the system requirements?

QuickQ runs on 64-bit Windows 10 and 11, macOS 11 or newer, iPhone and iPad with iOS 14 or newer, devices on Android 8.0 or newer, and Linux desktops with Ubuntu 20.04 or Debian 11 and above. Make sure you have 2 GB of memory or more and about 200 MB of free space; on Linux, use the build the download page currently offers.

What does QuickQ cost?

There are three paid periods: ¥49 for 1 month, ¥299 for 12 months, and ¥499 for 24 months, each including supported devices and online help. No permanently free version is offered, so trying the 1-month period first makes sense before extending. Final pricing and benefits follow the plans page.

Is my browsing activity recorded?

The privacy policy sets it out in full: to create accounts, confirm subscriptions, operate the service, and handle requests, QuickQ processes account identifiers, device type, subscription status, and necessary diagnostic data, using it for verification, delivery, security, stability improvements, and legal obligations. Personal information is not sold. Access controls, transport protection, and internal audits reduce risk; the privacy page carries the full rules.

How many devices can one account use?

Every period covers supported devices, so a single account works across several of them. The number signed in at once is set by your plan terms. To move to a new device, install the client and sign in with the same account, without registering or paying again.

Connected, but slow — where do I start?

Begin by pausing heavy tasks, switching to a route with lighter load, and making sure no other proxy or acceleration tool is running. Testing at different times usually reveals whether route congestion or local bandwidth is the cause. When a single app is slow, inspect its own network settings and cache.

How do I confirm the installer is genuine?

Enter through the official download entry, verify the domain, and stay away from third-party or cracked installers. Should the system call the source untrusted, confirm the official origin first and then permit that source in your settings; if anything still looks wrong, work through the FAQ troubleshooting steps.

Ready to start

Install the client and complete the setup in the tutorial, and QuickQ is ready to use.
